Every Month in 2012

Papa John Thursdays are the 1st Thursday of every month.  They will be here at the Clubhouse to serve you their hot delicious pizzas for $5 per pizza and bread sticks.  Come on by the clubhouse they'll be here from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  The clubhouse still closes at 6:00 p.m. but they will still be serving pizza on the outside patio in front of the clubhouse.  The pizza's that they normally have are pepperoni, cheese, and bread sticks.  They accept cash, check, and credit cards as payment.

Lost and Found

Is located at the Leasing Office.  We will report any items found or lost via email to all of our residents as soon as we get a item reported lost or found by the staff or residents of the community.

Pest Control

Every resident of our community is signed up to receive pest control.  This community has a licensed pest control company that will come to our community every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.  Please contact the office via email or call the office if you would like for them to come by your apartment to take care of your current pest needs.  This service is not for general spraying or prevention it is only for current pest issues.
