MyTOWNE Resident Portal
Hey all you crazy cats, guess what????? Give up????? Now you can access your account (yup, your Towne/Wright's Point account) anytime you want with just a click of a button, or two, or ten. So what can you do on MyTowne? Well, you can submit a work order, check the status of your rent and past payments. You can also check the status of your work orders, email the office staff, and even PAY RENT using a credit card!
In order to log on to your MyTOWNE account you will need a few things:
First you can follow the link on the top left side of the page (Resident Login). Or you can log on to www.towneprop.com and click the MyTOWNE SignIN.
You will need: * a valid email address * a password with no symbols; just letters and numbers *your community number (you can find this on your payment slips ; it is a four digit number) * your resident ID number (you can find this on your payment slips; it is a number that starts with a t. Make sure you include the lower case T in when you are entering this number).
