In our one-bedroom with den and two-bedroom layouts, ranging from 711 to 1,220 square feet, you will find features that add convenience and refinement to your routine. You’ve got granite or quartz countertops in the kitchens, delightful ceramic tile tub surrounds, disposal systems (at Phase I), and modern 6” baseboards throughout. Some select floor plans also come with all-white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Though we hope you will be with us long-term, short-term leases are available as well.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Near Covington and Newport, and just ten minutes south of Downtown Cincinnati. Ideally located in Fort Wright, our apartments are surrounded by I-71, I-471, and I-275, giving you easy access to Covington and Newport. Downtown Cincinnati is also only 10 minutes away by car. This means you’ve got top attractions such as the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and the Krohn Conservatory at your fingertips. Additionally, it's only a 6-mile commute to further your career at top regional employers like P&G and Alta Fiber. However, if you want to continue your studies, you can do so at the nearby University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University. For shopping, Valley Plaza Parkway has you covered.
