You may choose any internet and cable provider.
We offer a $500 referral bonus when you are referred by a current resident.
Up to two guests per unit are allowed at the pool when accompanied by the resident, and guests must park in designated guest parking areas.
Pricing is based on the lease term you select on our website, with options ranging from 6 to 12 months.
You will need to pay a new security deposit when transferring to another community.
Subletting is not permitted.
You have two options: pay a two-month early termination fee with 60 days' notice, or provide 30 days' notice and pay turnover costs while continuing rent payments until the unit is re-rented or your lease expires, whichever comes first.
Short-term leases are not available.
Corporate leases are not available.
Amenities
Our amenities include a pool, fitness center, laundry room, tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court.
The pools and decks are available for use from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Parking is available for residents.
Washer and dryer hookups are available in each unit.
Standard appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and stove, and garbage disposal.
Furnished apartments are available.
The leasing office will hold packages for residents.
The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our gym includes a treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, yoga room, and power rack equipment.
Kenton County quiet hours apply, and there is a $150 fee to reserve the clubhouse for special events.
Pet Policy
Our community welcomes pets.
Pet fees include $35 monthly pet rent, a $150 pet fee, and a $150 pet deposit.
Pets must weigh 50 pounds or less when fully grown, and aggressive or large breeds are restricted.
A pet park is available on the property.

Our community is located off Highland Pike.
The nearest cross street is Kyles Lane and Highland Pike.
Public transportation is available near the property.
Our community is conveniently located near the I-71/75 and I-275 freeways, Walmart, and various restaurants.
We are located in the Kenton County School District.
We have a dog park on the property.
There are Bike trails nearby at Devou Park.
Residents commonly shop at the nearby Walmart.
The nearest coffee shops are Reality Tuesday (8 minutes away) and Dunkin' Donuts (9 minutes away).
Maintenance
Before move-in, we paint the unit, clean or replace carpeting and LVT flooring, and have the apartment professionally cleaned.
On-site maintenance is available.
You can submit an online work order or call our office to request repairs.
Maintenance issues are handled the same day or within 24 hours, depending on the extent of the repair needed.
You do not need to be present when service technicians perform work in your unit.
During office hours, we can unlock your unit with valid ID. After hours, you are responsible for calling a locksmith at your own expense.
You may decorate your apartment as long as you restore it to neutral colors and avoid creating large holes in the walls.
